A wrong survey - CNN-IBN-The Hindu Poll Tracker 2013

CNN-IBN-The Hindu Poll Tracker 2013 survey is proved to be totally false thanks to the Panchayat Elections in Andhra Pradesh.
If not there are Panchayat Elections in Andhra Pradesh, these surveys would have been a base for political parties like YSRCP and TRS to claim that they are strongest.

Panchayat Election Results has clearly shown that Congress and TDP is leading in the state and TRS leading only in two districts and YSRCP in only 4 districts.
if you consider the electorate participated in Panchayat Elections as Sample Size, the Sample size is much more than this Survey's sample size. Now, the "truth" in this Survey is obvious.

Why is BJP not supporting Rayala Telangana?

Rayala Telangana State is a proposed solution to the demand of separate Telangana with 2 districts from Rayalaseema region included to Telangana region. This is one of the solutions proposed by the Congress as per some of the hyper-active media houses in Andhra Pradesh. BJP is against to this proposal. BJP’s policy is to create small states and the reason they cite is good administration and development. If that is the policy why BJP is against the idea of Rayala Telangana as Rayala Telangana will also be a small state compared to Andhra Pradesh?

We can assume that BJP’s interest is only with the vote bank politics and not the real development or good administration. It is a party with no difference to the Congress in playing vote bank politics. If Congress plays minority appeasement politics, BJP plays with the region appeasement politics. Both parties play the same game with same rule – Politics with Divide and Conquer. Now consider this – why can’t BJP think of dividing the Telangana into two separate states? What is stopping BJP from proposing two states for Telangana since it will help in good administration - a policy of BJP? The answers to all this is the size of Muslim population in and around Hyderabad. If Telangana state is formed, BJP can get into the power in new state by rallying against the Muslims and polarizing the votes on religion lines. If Rayala Telangana is formed there won’t be any scope for such polarization and the two districts are not religion sensitive as compared to the Telangana. This is the sole reason MIM is opposing the Telangana state while accepting the solution of Rayala Telangana.

If BJP is serious on its policy of small states – the first step that it should do is to bifurcate the state of Gujarat. Gujarat population is 60,383, 628 and Telangana population is 35,286,757. So, by bifurcating Gujarat, two new states can be formed along with Telangana with similar size and yes – all three will be small states.

Why BJP will not bifurcate Gujarat is obvious.
